Daily Structure
Every day follows the same rhythm:

| 11:00 AM–12:00 PM | Build Task | Frame the day's build task and plan of attack |
| 12:00–1:00 PM | Lunch | Break |
| 1:00–3:00 PM | Build Time | Teams or individual building |
| 3:00 PM | Deliverable | Post assignment, push to GitHub |
| 3:30–4:30 PM | Group Debrief | Discuss work session, learning, look ahead to tomorrow |
Week 1 — Team Challenge-Area Apps
Teams build apps addressing pre-clinical or clerkship education challenges. Each day adds a PRD layer.
Day 1 — The Three Tools
Orientation, domain expertise, design thinking, generative AI, first build.
Day 2 — Who Is This For?
User-centered design toolkit: personas, jobs-to-be-done, journey mapping.
Day 3 — What Would They Really Want?
Deep feature specification. Guest speaker on product thinking.
Day 4 — Personality & Polish
Design as communication. Visual identity, tone, and personality.
Day 5 — Show Your Work
Polish sprint, cross-team testing, team app demo day.
Week 2 — Solo Specialty Apps
Individual apps aligned to specialty interests. The Chat → Agent paradigm shift is introduced.
Day 6 — From Chat to Agent
Specialty app brainstorming, Chat → Agent paradigm shift.
Day 7 — Jigs & Reliability
Making AI workflows reliable, not just demo-ready.
Day 8 — Deep Build
Design + features compressed into a single day. Biggest qualitative jump.
Day 9 — Polish & Test
Refinement, user testing, peer feedback, presentation prep.
Day 10 — Demo Day & Debrief
Final solo app presentations. Course debrief and reflection.
